I trained with The Coach House, achieving their industry leading Coach Training Certificate (Accredited by the Association for Coaching). I am a member of the Association for Coaching, which is the UK's largest professional coaching body, and I abide by their code of ethics. I also have a degree in French & German and an MA in Publishing.
I have over 20 years of experience working in publishing, publishing recruitment and the not-for-profit sector, in a variety of client facing and managerial roles. As a coach I have worked with people at all stages of their careers, from directors, business owners and entrepreneurs through to those in their first and second jobs. Career change and development, relationship management, and team dynamics are areas in which I have a particular interest and a wealth of experience. I am based in London, but also offer remote coaching over video call.
My approach is non-directive and I aim to create a comfortable and active listening environment in which you feel confident to share your thoughts openly. My style is much like the idea of a critical ally, offering the opportunity for a supportive but challenging conversation, which helps you on your way to understanding how you can thrive in your personal and working life.
Before you decide to commit, we will have a 60 minute chemistry session call to find out whether coaching with me is right for you. Coaching sessions are normally 90 minutes long and it is important that we have a quiet and confidential space. Face to face coaching will take place at an agreed location, either at your office, a convenient private space in central or South West London or in the great outdoors if you prefer to walk and talk. If you are based outside of London, I also offer coaching via video call. If you would like to find out more, please get in touch.
